The indoor heated pool and hot tub were nice for relaxing late at night. Breakfast options were limited and ran out quickly.

Location is prime. Easy access to downtown and Lithia Park. Cleanliness is commendable, yet the hotel exudes the vibe of an old roadside motel—a disappointing surprise. The indoor pool is a plus, offering a clear view to the lobby, enhancing safety. Staff interactions were delightful. Cindy, in particular, stood out for her warmth and helpfulness during breakfast. the linens need urgent attention—stained sheets and dingy towels do not inspire confidence. noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, suggesting poor soundproofing. Breakfast was basic; more variety would be appreciated. While reasonably priced, improvements in quality and comfort are necessary to elevate the experience. A solid stay but with significant room for enhancement.

The room layout is charming and cozy. The indoor pool and friendly staff make the stay worthwhile.
Breakfast is just continental and a bit lacking.

The bed situation was really off-putting. There was a stained duvet just visible under the top sheet, which felt gross. Plus, the linens had a weird smell that made it hard to relax and sleep. Super disappointing!

Friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, especially Cindy in the breakfast room, who was attentive and remembered guests' names. The room was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed, but the shower gel was lackluster. Breakfast had great oatmeal options but could benefit from more hot items. A pipe issue caused a brief inconvenience with no water, yet the team handled it well, providing coffee from Starbucks and a discount automatically. Proximity to shops and parks is excellent; I felt safe walking around at night. A lovely stay with minor room for improvement!

Great location and clean rooms; Wi-Fi was spotty though.

The room was simple and clean, with a decent-sized 2-Queen setup that provided extra space for two chairs and a small table. The bed was comfortable, though the sheets showed some visible stains that felt a bit uncomfortable. Temperature control worked well, and the air conditioning handled the 108-degree heat effectively. The bathroom featured higher-end products and impressive water pressure, but the towels were rough and well-worn. While the décor had a vintage charm, some furniture felt dated. A quiet location, just a short walk from downtown, added to the overall convenience.

The location was ideal, being in close proximity to the main streets of Ashland, making it convenient to explore the shops and restaurants on foot. One thing we appreciated was the inclusion of a full breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold options. we did notice a lack of variety in the hot breakfast items, which could be improved by adding more options such as sausages or different styles of eggs. The room itself was spacious and accommodated our group of four comfortably. The only issue we had was with the temperature control, as it was a bit challenging to adjust the room temperature to our liking. We ended up opening a window for some fresh air, but then it became too cool. Perhaps having extra blankets available or improving the heating system would help with this issue. We also didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub due to it being crowded with middle schoolers during our visit, but they looked well-maintained and inviting. our experience at the Stratford was pleasant, with a few minor hiccups that could be addressed to enhance the overall stay.

Breakfast was a delight! The variety was top-notch, and the lady in charge made the morning fun. My room had an amazing view of the fall leaves and was super spacious.
Totally recommend! 🥰🏨

The indoor pool is a nice escape for relaxation and the breakfast area was cozy for catching up with friends the food was decent but could use some protein options like boiled eggs
It wasn't cheap but still reasonable for the amenities and comfort

A neighborhood steakhouse specializing in nose, to, tail dining, convenient to explore. Enjoyed educational wine seminar and relaxing at Emigrant Lake. The King Shower was perfect, and Thai Pepper offered a unique dining experience.
Watching folks exercise on the loudest second, floor ever was quite the treat.

This hotel is just a few steps away from the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and surrounded by delightful eateries like Cucina Biazzi and Anya's Thai Bistro, making it incredibly convenient for theatergoers and food lovers alike while also being within walking distance to the lovely downtown area, North Mountain Park, and charming shops like the Northwest Nature Shop; the friendly staff adds to the experience with a good breakfast selection to start your day, but the worn-out armchair in the room could use an upgrade.

The convenient location made exploring Ashland a delight. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an indoor pool added to our memorable family trip.
My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities, such as a play area, would enhance the family experience.

Located conveniently with free parking, the hotel offered a variety of nearby dining options. The to, go breakfast included Bob's Red Mill oatmeal, a nice touch for a quick morning meal.
The outdated decor gave a tired feeling, with weak plumbing and old, fashioned physical keys. The lobby's overpowering chlorine smell and motel, like appearance were off, putting.

During Christmas, my family and I had a fantastic stay at this cozy inn. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk from downtown and the slopes. The festive decorations added to the holiday spirit, making our stay even more enjoyable. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Plus, being able to bring our pet along made the experience extra special.

Stayed with my squad at a rad spot close to Oregon's Shakespeare Festival and wicked artsy scenes in Ashland. The rooms were cozy AF, and the location was lit for exploring the town and hitting up cool spots. Massive vibes and good times all around with my crew!
Would've been epic if there were more chill hangout areas or a rooftop bar for late-night vibes and socializing with other cool peeps.
